ss award plaque

Hi can anyone tell me what the ss award plaque is for ? And can you tell me what it read? I pick it up but it was tarnished real bad and had to clean it up. The one rune looks like it is missed shaped but it is just a spot of tarnish I have clean off yet. Thanks Cliff

CZECHOSLOVAKIA SILVER HALLMARKS 1929 - 1941
I am not sure if the SS uses Czechoslovak silver plates.
You can always engrave anything.
