SD tab sold as ranktab?

Dear collectors,

just out of curiosity and for education- the blank tab in the link is wrong sided (right collar side instead of the left rank collar side), isn´t it? Then it is a SD tab or something else?

Thanks for all your thoughts. What a range of possibilities from SS to Luft Bautruppe (Pionier). The incredible collective inteliigence of all our cumulated knowledge (some way more than others like me : ))
