They look to both be wearing Heer wrappers with SS insignia applied..Same with the hat on the left,a Heer Panzer M42 with added visor and SS insignia.

The SS-Ostuf from 'Hohenstaufen' has 10 and 15 year NSDAP Service awards and also what appears to be a Finnish Liberation Cross ribbon ... I can't make out the ribbon in 3rd position, I guess it could be a 13th March Anschluss or a Westwall medal.
