Strange Alter Art Feldmuetze

Hi Wim,
You are correct, it's a regular SS Offiziersfeldmütze with a cloth visor and conforms with known configurations of this style of cap apart from one significant detail which is why I posted the photos.
I have my own theory about what's going on here but it would be ridiculed so I'll just keep my mouth shut.

these 1920 field-caps were worn into about 1934 as when it was replaced by the regular field-cap. It was also in use with other organzations for a short period of time.
