Which seller or auction house is proposing this lot ?

The loose eagle and skull, as well as the eagle on the visor and the honor ring are absolutely fake. The belt buckle, I strongly believe to be one of those high quality Assmann steel fakes, due to the shape of the swastika and the catch details, etc., but it is so decayed that it is difficult for me to be absolutely certain. The skull that is on the visor is likely to be fake, imo, but it has a small chance, as I would need much better photos to confirm either way. Can't comment on any of the rest, but I would recommend staying away from this lot, with this much bad already. Just my thoughts,

            Chris

              Hi,

hmmm wasn't this lot proposed some years ago ?

Why are the metal items ground-found, and the cap in such good condition ?
              This is non-sense imo.

              The TR looks very bad...

              See You

agree with Chris, also doubt the HR ring with its corrosion for silver.

Wow……....a lot of job to make that SS buckle (hungarian repro) convincing like a ground dug one…..

                  Congrats to the faker

Some poor sap is going to "buy the story" and get stuck with this junk. "Ground dug" fakes have become really common - buyer beware!

What a shame. The iron cross is probably bad as well.

They made a bunch of those crappy fake HRs in Netherlands or Belgium I forget some 20 plus years ago- buggy eyed small skull badly cast, all bright metal too. Still looks like the blob of a ring it was before someone pissed on it and planted it near a pile of dog s**t.
