If (as I suspect) this is heading down the PROVE it's fake route ... I guess all I have personally is the shared knowledge of people who know FAR more than I and who I trust ... Chris SS Collector, Niedelander and Brad Bwanek1.

It goes without saying, that Bob Hritz is another one to trust. His many decades of experience in many areas of collecting is unmatched, but by a very few select people in the entire world.

Anyway, the posted insignia here are low quality cast reproductions, (especially the skull), and are not even close to the quality of some of the high-end cast reproductions that I have seen. Indeed, all originals are die struck and look miles ahead of these in quality. You can learn all about these things by researching older threads on this forum. Hope this helps!

So the "FACT"of giving as authentic the sp40 skulls would be based on opinions, not on solid facts or several ways of investigation.

I would like to see a thread like that of the "three prongs skull", where the diversity of facts is hardly irrefutable.

i'm reposting the pictures for the WAF archives, knowing that it is the third topic opened by the original poster who is still using third party website to host its pictures...
