    notorious 61/35 armband

Hey guys, I've read up on these bad 61/35 Reddick tags. Id like you to take a look for me. To me, it looks like one of them, but I've read that good 61/35 tags exist. What do these good ones look like?? The armband seems to be well made but the fabric isn't what I've seen before on SS bands. It's like a cotton that's been combed to look like wool. Opinions on the rest of the band it self are welcome as well.
    Thanks!

Unless I am missing something the arm band looks good to me ? The red material does have more of a weave than my own example .

The weave was a concern, as well as the single inside stitch behind each black stripe. The nail in the coffin appears to be the reddick style rzm tag.

Weather real or repro, the construction of this armband (at least as seen from the outside shots presented in this thread) looks spot on, to me.

On the other hand, the red wool is indeed odd.

I am trying to figure out what Dante is referring to when he states "the single inside stitch behind each black stripe". Have pictures of the inside of the armband been passed around outside of the forum? Or have pictures been deleted??

Based on what I see, this might be a real armband made with unusual red wool to which someone has hand sewn a Reddick 61 / 35 tag in a manner simulating machine stitching.

ok well, single stitch per stripe is Mark of a fake..there should be two rows of stitch per stripe on reverse of the armband,
