arm eagle-maybe early type?

Here is this arm eagle, I 'm curious about it, maybe early type ? (allgemeine SS?) or simple fake?

While this eagle looks like the early SS VT eagles this one is not an SS eagle. This is styled after a Railway Protection EM/NCO eagle. I don't think it is original.

herrgeezer is correct in that it is a mid to late RR protection police sleeve eagle. I believe it to be authentic, however.
