Hello all,

Can anybody advise/check if a soldier named W. Schmidt has been a member of the SS Schwere Panzer Abteilung 502 (former 102) ? I know it's a long shot but worth trying.

Schmidt is one of the most common names in Germany. Even if you had full access to the WASt data, you would need a birth date to be sure about the "right" Schmidt.
