Westland Cufftitle - thick vs. thin script?

I've been speaking with one of our colleagues about this Westland cufftitle and a question came up about whether it was a 'thick' vs 'thin' font script example.

Would anyone be familiar with this diagnostic and be able to make an opinion or provide examples of the difference?
