Yes this is also a fake eagle, the rzm 40 is always a bad maker mark for ss eagles.

The cheapest and most common of all the die struck fake SS cap eagles = the RZM 40, RZM M1/40 marked "Pigeon-head".

On my exemplar i have no M1/ before the 40.

Now it' s clear
It's a poor fake.
