Have you handled it, or are these the only pictures you have? I'm leaning towards this being an original cuff title.

Its a pure fine example of what a very nice Das Reich should look like
I'll have if its going up for grabs

                    Hi,

what i can say it is that it is not similar to the "common" "Das Reich" RZM variations.

Below is the variation made by the manufacturer "7" (#118569).
Notice the form of the letters, the wire that is linking the letters at the back.

                      Hi,

below is the variation made by the manufacturers "302" (#155799) +"86" (?) (#060287).
Again, similar letters and wires between the letters on the back.

Pictures courtesy of a previous Hermann Historica auction.

If it is legit, do we know who is the manufacturer which produced the variation presented in the first post ?

I agree with Vince's observation - this is not like the most frequently seen DR RZM and there are some very good DR copies about.

I'm not condemning this one but reserving judgement.

                        Here's another (mine) for comparison.

The cuff in post 1 does resemble some very dangerous repros
                          going round

Do you have any proof of that or just your opinion ?
