No, its a fake.

The blitz is facing to the left.
It should be facing to the right just like the SS runes actually.

Agreed mate, there should be a 3 strikes system in place …. I'm sure we've all been fooled before BUT they can always post the item in the relevant forum here for approval BEFORE posting it to the Estand so there's no excuse.
