Sorry, this is a very well known reproduction eagle from the 1980's Austria. These have been extremely mass produced for decades and sadly, these still appear on many SS visors that are for sale as originals, usually in an attempt to deceive collectors. They are still used this way because they are die struck and are of the same overall quality as the original aluminum SS birds, making them very attractive.
