So, does anybody know where to get high end repro / museum quality TK Ring box ?

Unfortunately there is no known current source of high end museum quality copy of the Honor ring box at this time.

There's the Morigi Regalia Specialist offering but 'high end'

Reddick Militaria has them but I don't know about the quality.

all box that I saw , was very far from original
IMO dont look it, because all bad repro
