        Yes, like NickG said, those appear to be the insignia for the visor cap. Nice!

          This is an insignia that has so far, escaped me. However, If I recall correctly, this is exactly how they are made.

                    Got the metal device confused for the cloth cap insignia.

                      This swastika was worn by the SS at Belgium (Flanders).
                      See my volume 4 for the headgear series "Headgear of Hitler's
                      Germany" (published in 2005), specifically pages 173, 175,
                      176 and 177 where a number of photographs are shown.

                      This symbol was worn with the visored cap, as well as the
                      field-cap (SS-Vlaanderen).
