Strange Polizei type cotton lining ? bad markings ?

That would be a first time when I see M42 in italian gabardine ( I saw only M43 and M44 ). The liner is typical police type. The markings IMO are bad.
If real than jacket would be extremely rare italian gabardine M42 jacket.

NCO alu Litze on the collar and shoulder straps looks post war. Cuff title also bad for me but the arm eagle is very nice original.
