Why is this a Klaas Rohm?
This isn't the small early Mark which you would find on Rohm.
To me this is a mis matched early dagger in a later set of chains.
May well have been upgraded by the guy but I don't want to see a maker marked dagger in a 36 set of chains, but that's just my preference.
By the way shove it in the dagger section, you will get a better response.

The scabbard is a type A.
The dagger initially did not come out the factory in this scabbard.
SteveC is correct in that. It could have been an upgrade but then you normally would not expect a type A scabbard. Offcourse all is possible. Possible is also that the dagger was placed in the scabbard post war. Who will tell?
I dont like the SS roundel in the grip. Imo it is fake and a good chance that the grip is fake aswell.

Roundel looks 'iffy'.
The handle looks like wood that has never had any finish on it at any time.
Almost as it's been sprayed with a anti-glossing agent.Last edited by Texasuberalles; 03-08-2019, 05:46 PM.
