I recently watched the well known film footage of the squad of SS men at Poteau. I found it interesting that one of them is wearing a silver and enamel SS signant ring. It runs by fairly quickly so I hope you can see what I can.

Like my friend Loïc reminded me, the still unknown SS-Rottenführer in the background (EK I, EK II, Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen, Nahkampfspange) was impersonated by "Das Reich" Alsatian revisionnist Elimar Schneider in his testimony published as Sadi Schneid on "SS-Beutedeutscher".
