    If you live near the coast, always keep the window closed - the wind can very easily bring sea moisture with salt particles from the salt to the room.

        Some time ago I posted in the preservation section about the use of CORTEC VpCI 238 electric spray. I dabbed some onto a q tip, treated 1 Gruppenfurher tab where a drop of my sweat caused the start of corrosion. It cleaned it up and completely halted the advancement of corrosion and the tab remains free of oxidation yet today. The 1st posting was several years ago.
