As with any ground recovered ring it is hard to tell but just by looking at the enamel on this ring IMO this could be a good ring.

2 typs of enamel glass enamel as originals were
plastic enamel used today
heat a pin to red hot and try to push it into the enamel it wont go through glass but will with plastic
