So far....

So far I've only been able to find pics of LUFT paras wearing Italian camo smocks and SS men wearing Italian camo tunics/coats....but NOT actual smocks.

A suggestive photo

The ONLY war-time photo I've found so far, and I'd like to see MORE, of an SS mann wearing an Italian camo SMOCK (NOT a tunic) is this one. It appears that this a smock given that there doesn't seem to be a collar to it (as there would be if it was a tunic).

Here’s one probably Italian SS but could be Italian SD but appears to be a smock with a collar.
Looking at it closer It could be a modified/hybrid Italian para smock but I’m not sure. Looks to have laced neck closure and I can’t tell if it’s a step in . It looks not , but the hanging camo pockets throwing me off
