Strange SS Armband

I hope I’m just not showing my ignorance, but I have never seen an SS armband like this. From the black bands, all material, to the swastica and the disc. I’d appreciate any information. Thank you.

I thought so, but this dealer has many nice original items. And if I spotted as a problem, with all of his good inventory, I can’t think of any excuse the dealer would have to not know this thing is nothing but a big alarm bell. Thank you for the response.
