Hi Chahler,

Here is a Belgian bullion cap eagle I had for a long time, which I recently sold. It shares some of the same characteristics of your new find. Mine came from a 20th Armored Division vet and was picked up with a machine embroidered sleeve eagle from the SS anti-tank school outside of Munich.

Sleeve eagle is for size comparison.
