It is an original book mark, put out by the HIAG (SS Veterans Association) in their post-war publications....but not an original WW2 cuff title.

yes, one of the HIAG cufftitles produced in the same material as the first "Wiking" model.

Easy to spot, value around 15-20 euros ?
