I can't, the sweatband is dry, and hard, brittle.

I cant speak for The Skull and The eagle. The cap it Self has a Chance but The pictures are Bad. I think you Need better pictures.

Cap it self is original in my opinion. Eagle seem ok. Skull...not sure, but coud be ok.
