Unknown Allgemeine? shoulder strap

Hi Guys,

Would anyone please be able to tell me what this is? I have seen a couple like this now with paper RZM label but pattern is not standard Allgemeine SS type- possibly a different service or something under the control of the SS?

Any help much appreciated.

The tag might be worth more than the shoulder board. I see a A tag listed as sold on the Collectors Guild for $149. Hard to believe someone would pay that much. A D tag is used on a lot less items.

thanks all, I will try on the political section to ID the board- the tag is certainly a genuine one- no idea why it has ended up on this.

$149- wow!! someone really wanted that tag!
