    Ss m40

    I've recently acquired a mint Quist M40 with a single SS decal from a reputable auction house. The decal background is silver rather than white. It is very lustrous and shiny. I attach some photos. This is a Q64 with batch nr T1198. The aluminum band is dated 1943 and the chinstrap 1944. Photos attached.

    Sorry to say, but the decal is post-war. Authentic pulver looks nothing like that.
