Interesting SS "Braunschweig" Kragenspiegel picture

i'm posting this picture for ZiG. ^_^

If anyone may identify this SS soldier, don't hesitate.

On the back is written : "as a small souvenir of the October 22, 1939 in Wallhof".

Wallhof is a small city near Braunschweig, the SS-Junkerschule in which the SS soldier pictured was in training.
