Does the eagle have a card template ? It looks to be a tan material … Obviously it should be a card.

The tab is a classic 70's 80's fake with the wiry piping and big turn overs.

Agreed, I am very weary of this type of SS officer sleeve eagle based on the points/ warnings about these that John Pic stated on this thread;
