Looks like berlin hoard skull but the prongs look unusual maybe replaced.

Looks like berlin hoard skull but the prongs look unusual maybe replaced.

The Berlin hoard was a vase amount of skulls but not this one.
Those skulls had flat pins and long the top was serrated
Not like this. . .
