The skull appears to be a good one, but I am seeing some possible red flags on the eagle.
Please post a better closeup of the eagle by itself, and I will try to help you further.
Sorry, the eagle is for sure, a known reproduction. However, the skull appears to be authentic.

Care to elaborate ? I am seeing that eagle as being a little rough around the edges. Silver wash falling off looks a little believable but the edges look rough to me.
Coogan, the entire wreath around the swastika is horribly messed up with cast flaws and these features are what we see on these fake eagles with this particular incorrect head.
I'm not seeing any issue with the eagle either. It looks like a nice ealge with the silver wash wearing off. I think it's going to be a good cupal eagle if we look at the back.
Don't feel bad, as these have fooled many of the serious collectors. Fortunately, I was able to purchase one from the guy who makes them. Here is a quick comparison with my example. Also, they come with several different markings and reverse styles, but once you learn what to look for, they are rather easy to spot, imo. Hope this helps!
Notice the accurate appearance of the CupAl edge here, but the reverse side gives it away. Unfortunately, most of these repros are put onto visors because the front side is so good. The details on the head of the eagle are also incorrect for any original SS eagle maker.
I have no idea who it was. I was at the SOS in 2011 and the only dealer that had them there had many of them and told me that he made them. As I said, there were several variations for the back sides, but the fronts were all the same. I had not seen these before, so I was not aware that they were much older than that. Also, as I said, I have since then, seen several on visors and can absolutely confirm that they are cast.
