SS coat with insignia question

I got a call from a gentleman who said his friend got this coat in Dachau camp. I am not an expert in this items so I wanted to post pics he sent me. Also if you guys can tell me what else I need a close up of. Thank you for your help.

reverse of the buttons should be mark
cuff is plain as a SD cuff

Interesting. Love to see more pics if you get some. Cuffband is correct for staff officer in Nachrichten Sturm.

Unit Identification

The collar tab is for Sturmbann N (Nurnberg) which provided personnel as guards at Party Day Rallies. The collar tab does not denote the Nachrichten Sturmbann. The cuff title is correct for Sturmbann N.

Black Light does not give 100% authentification, sometime original items are glow

I went to look the coat yesterday . I did check it with black light nothing is glowing.
