Doesn't your SS Officer belt also have the 48/34 marking made from 3 different stamps? They've just swapped around the order on both items, with the belt having the RZM first and the SS last.

Both the belt and these look period, but I'd guess someone has been stamping a lot of leather stuff with SS markings to increase the values.....
