Panzer or Nebelwerfer Shoulderboards?

are that Panzer shoulderboards? The other pair, for comparison, is clearly artillerie. What is your opinion?

Not nebelwerfer. Either panzer or possibly faded veterinarian.

The Waffen SS were never officially designated Nebelwerfer
waffenfarbe, this colour (Bordeaux Red/ Bordeauxrot) on shoulder boards
(WSS) is often mistaken and is Legal Service / Gerichtsdienste of which are
not that common to find in Shoulder Boards
