    I would like to add a nice SS Hat to my collection but can't really afford the real Thing..found this repro on the www and find it quite nice ..is it a good made one and worth its 80eur ??
    or is it rather expensive for such hat?? only got those 2 pics from the seller

      Hi Andreas, I would save your money and buy something original if I were you.


      But that cap is really poor and not worth the price. There is nothing good about it in terms of shape, insignia, chin cords, etc.

        Thanks alot for the warning Ade.. better i keep my hands of this hat and safe the money then ...was just to excited in the first moment

          There are much better-made fakes out there, closer to an original, but I do not know what they cost in a fair-market way. I think Janke's most recent black enlisted cap is very close to fill such a gap. The piece here illustrated is, as my British colleague observes, sort of a mess.
