Both decals seem as if they had a regular, thick halo along the sides and the bottom edge. Weird. I’d be cautious anyway. The helmet is genuine, at least.
Let go of the collar tabs: a regulation, RZM-tagged collar tab had not the runic SS embroidered this way, definitely.

yes Dutch not French.

As far i know, no Dutch SS helmet sticker was ever used at the front, which clearly imply that this is a bogus fantasy item...

And Belgian and French helmet stickers were used temporary in Summer 1942 and late 1941 (respectively) for WH units (Inf-Bat. 373, Inf-Rgt 638).

I don't know much about decals. But I agree with Charlie on the insignia being bad.
