    These are being offered by another collector.

    That cypher is very low on the board.
    They are usually more centered than that,
    allowing for rank pips?

    Someone with better knowledge on LAH cyphers
    will be able to determine as to their authenticy

      It does seem very low I don't like the cypher either I would have doubts.
      See what more experienced members think.

        That's a very strange button hole on the straps.

            Old german repro with artificial patina .
            Button holes are of the shirt type , seen on late war straps or private made quality straps but never on early issue straps .
