Poor fit. bad details. I am not even sure that is a real maker. Save your money.
Better yet, there are some excellent reference books on SS daggers, spend a bit on a used one, and read up on them to know what to look for.

There had never exist a SS dagger by the Company Wolf, only SA daggers.

As others have said, there is a myriad of things wrong here, but the blade/motto is a dead giveaway.
