I have been keeping a watch on this tunic for awhile now and although it's in pretty rough shape, it's about in my budget range, I know it's been around the shows a bit, so I'm wondering has anyone had it in hand, and are there any issues I should be aware of? Cheers in advance.

One of the many reasons, why I love the WAF! In 21st century, after a long day of work, I could read this Latin phrase again. It is just priceless! Thank you Don!

How much was he asking for the tunic?

Okay people,
can someone tell what is wrong with this tunic out of being salty...
The piece is privately tailored and well worn.
But of early issue, looking at the collartabs.
These were earlier then the silver threaded collartabs that came later.
Imo there's nothing wrong with this tunic...

Absolutely agree.

If the tunic is perfect in all respects other than the saltiness of the piece, yet has sat on a major dealer's website as well as going unsold at shows, I can only assume it is a combination of the condition and the price tag. I personally cannot tell from the pictures on the website when the insignia met the tunic.
