Review a late war M43 Panzer Dachau pickup please.

An M43 Panzer hat.
I would say that it came from Dachau because it is in 'like new' condition.
Has the late war 'trap' sewn on it
I'd like to garner a few opinions from the people that know better.

Tim, that's a fine example. I am always struck with how cheaply these are made, from materials to buttonholes. Sometimes when we collectors get to fixated on mythical levels of German quality, it's a good reminder to look closely at one of these.

Tim, I just love the dachau caps, I only have one green and one black, but I would like to have more. These are the only ones I really like to own. Once you study them and handle them you'll never be fooled by these versions, the black or field grey. To me these caps are money in the bank and a version that should never cause any sleepless nights, Yours is a nice size, and in flawless condition, Enjoy
