            No, the eagle IS fake ... it is a statement of fact, not an opinion.

                Hello again,

                My thread was 04/22/2017 and the label was on a tunic on eBay. The label was different with Auftrag Nr smaller 9436 and the size was 45 45 over 98 over 70 71.

                I hadn't noticed in the pics but the eagle on that one was described by another member as a "bowling pin" fake and it was truly hideous.

                The plot thickens!

                  Granted there are not a whole lot of picture shows however the pants and the jacket here appear to to have been made out of one color of thread, which Is a very bad sign. I am also very suspect of the tag here, this specific type of tag when original has different characteristics ...i.e. Postage stamp.
