SS shoulder boards for review

Hey all,

I purchased these off the E-Stand a couple of months ago. I am not an expert on SS cloth by any means, and they were sold to me as "early pattern Feldwebel".


I was looking through this post and found a very similar pair of boards listed as "SS-VT/SS Panzer/SS TK"

Post 95 to be specific.

Are these actually SS boards, or are they early pattern Heer as I originally thought?

Those are black yours are green are they not ?

Thanks for making me take a second look. They sure look black to me, but in direct sunlight, they have a green tint to them. A very, very dark green but a green all the same.

Early pattern Feldwebel it is? Any idea on division and authenticity?
