Pretty sure this is Fake: Cap Eagle

Going through my father's things.... As there is quite a bit.

The bird is marked RZM 394/35.

These are the best photos I could take at the moment.

Somewhere there is a totenkopf as well...

    Thanks for the heads up!

Absolutely original. It is in my opinion that these were most likely the very earliest 36 style SS eagle variation. These are CupAl. They are also a bit scarce.

              Anyway, congrats!

Hi Billburt, I am unaware of the maker of these eagles. Can you please provide a link?

                Thanks!

Thanks guys. I was also unfamiliar with this maker and that lead me to believe this might be bad! Great news!! Now to find the skull my dad had with it.

I will be listing in on the Estand - would any of you feel comfortable emailing me a fair market value? tlckkibler@msn.com

                  Thanks.

Maybe I miss understood Billbert here. These "394-35" marked eagles have been well known original SS eagles for many years. However, to my knowledge, the actual maker to whom this code matches has never been discovered. Hopefully, this is correct. If not, please let us know,
as I have been trying to find out who this maker was for years. Thanks!
