Tropical eagles

These are way out of my collecting area, I received the 2 upper eagles from a dealer several years ago & the bottom one came to me in a mixed lot of insignia. From what I could find doing a search on here I believe the top 2 are bad and the bottom one (hopefully) is good? Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks to everyone for the help. I was sure the top ones were bad & almost put them in the bazaar section on the Estand. Again thanks for your help.
