SS ring. Fantasy piece or something else?

Greetings.

Just came across this ring in a Antique store in St.P sitting on a self with few other totenkopf rings. Ring had a price tag of around 200€ so it caught my attention. However I've never seen similar one and I couldnt find anything similar from internet, so I thought you guys could have some information.

I don't know how well you can see it from pics, but there is stamp "Berlin" inside the ring. No other markings.
