opinions please..portepee and cuff title

appreciate opinions on these items...from a friend, but am not that informed on these...the cuff title has 7 wire outer band if that means anything...

First impression of the cuffband is good but it would help if I didn't have to rotate my head at 90 and 180 degrees....
