          The shoulder board looks ok , but the cypher not , real one have flat prongs

            Since I have two knowledgeable "no" votes on this, I decided to remove the cipher and post the back for viewing. As I bent the prongs, each one broke at the weld mark. here are new photos of the back.

              I too would expect flat prongs on the LAH cypher, which looks very thin . The shoulder board look as if the cypher never was on it before ... something unusual even for an unissued specimen.
