TV "K" Tabo Worn With What Cuff Title(s)?

It's my understanding that the K tab was worn by men on the personal staff of a camp commandant, but what cuff-titles were worn with it? SS-TV? TK? Oberbayern? Thuringen?

In period pics I have seen them with the KZ cuffband to which camp they are assigned.

Large K in combo with Sachsen cuff-title on black uniform comes to mind. Of course other combinations are possible.
