collor tab of the 7th regiment

Hello guys.
This came along with a little grouping .The small stuff all looks ok but the tab is the concern
As before I do not have a clue here and am asking for a bit of help.
These are the best pics I can get at the moment .

That's a classic Patch King fake ... quite an old fake in it's own right and reflects the standard of fakes around in those days.
